Tips to Remember

• Connection speeds impact sound quality. Slow connections make sound choppy
• Headsets ensure the greatest sound quality
• Echoing occurs if any participant uses a low quality "open-air" microphone
• There are "open-air" microphones that can eliminate echoes and work as well as headsets
• Set up your headset before installing SightSpeed

What you can control

• Sometimes exiting a call and trying again, can reset and improve the connection speed... which then improves everything about the call, including your sound
• Always using a headset or echo cancelling microphones optimizes your experience
