SightSpeed Business - Account Set up Prep Tips
Below are a few things we recommend before setting up the SightSpeed Business administrator account. These tips will ensure that you and your user have a smooth and easy download and installation process.
• Check to see if your computer meets the Minimum System Requirements.
Note these minimum requirements are necessary for individual users as well
• If you plan for your users to have Phone In/Out sevices , purchase Phone Services Credit before you create their user account
• It’s best to have your credit card information ready as you will need it to initiate your account
• Double check the number of seats you need as you may be eligible for a reduce pack rated. Prices are discounted as the seat number increases.
• Find out if you desire to pay monthly or annually as you won’t be able to change once your account is created (Annually payment is discounted)
• Last but not least, follow the installation carefully. SightSpeed will take you step by step through the initial set up for your camera, microphone, speakers, and internet connection. It will be a snap!
SightSpeed Business - Administrator Account Sign up/Install
1. Browse to www.SightSpeed.com and click on Business
2. Choose a Plan
3. Create your account by filling in all the required fields

4. Payment – Enter your billing information
5. Confirm your order - Confirm that your information correct.

6. Thank You. Your SightSpeed Business account is all set up and you should have receive an email confirming this.

7. You should immediately receive a confirmation email. Everything you need to get started is included here in this email. You’ll also find a synopsis of what you purchased. Once you’ve the email and reviewed its contents click the “Get Started” button found therein.

8. Once you click “Get Started” You will be taken to the page below.
Here you can set up your SightSpeed Business user account in 4 easy steps.
You can skip step 1 and just click “Sign in Now” if you do not need or wish to set up your user account.

9. Upon clicking Sign in now you’ll come to the login page. Enter the information from the confirmation email to login.
SightSpeed Business - Your Administrator Account

Let’s get familiar with administrator (admin) account console. Upon login you’ll be brought to a Welcome page. It mentions several things you’ll find helpful. The admin console is made up of 2 sections: My Accounts and View Reports. Navigating through options of these menus is simple.
Here’s a description of what you’ll find in each section.
My Accounts
1. Manage Users – all elements of this section will be relative to managing individual user accounts
a. New User Set up – Allows you to add new users to your account
b. Active Users – Allows you to view all existing users on your account. Also, allows you to edit certain aspects of any users account such as password, or email address.
c. Import Existing User – Allows you to import those who already have a SightSpeed account
d. Default Admin Profile – allows you to set edit certain user experience aspects of the admin and user profiles
2. Manage Account - all elements of this section will be relative to managing individual user accounts
a. Account Summary - A summary of all account activity is found here
b. Account Information - General account specifics are located here
c. Buy Additional Seats – Click here to add user capacity
d. Buy Phone Service Credits – Click here to purchase additional Phone Services Credits
e. Update Credit Card Info – Click here to update your credit card
View Reports
1. User Selection Field – Click here to select those on which you wish to run a report
2. Report Type Selection Field – Click here to select the type of report you’d like to run
3. Report Date Perimeters Field – Click here to select the date range for the report you wish to run
4. View Report Button - Click here to run the report
