SightSpeed Business User - Account Summary

The Account Summary Page is the first in the list of options on the My Account menu. 

1. Sign Out  - This signs you of your preferences access portal not the SightSpeed Interface.
2. Current Service Plan – lists the type of plan you are on and gives you the ability to upgrade or cancel.
3. Email Address – shows the current email address/login on your account and gives you the ability to edit it.
4. Personal Profile - shows the current Personal information on your account and gives you the ability to edit it.



SightSpeed Business User - Account Information

The Account Information Page is the second in the list of options on the My Account menu.  It a full view of all you account specific

 

1. Email Address – shows your current email address/login on your account and gives you the ability to edit.
2. Password - shows your account password and gives you the ability to change it.
3. Personal Profile - shows your current Personal information on your account and gives you the ability to edit..
4. My SightSpeed – My SightSpeed allows you to have a video call with anyone – even if they are not a SightSpeed member!   

    a. Customized page – this allows you to create a customized link to a direct video call with you. 
    b. Standard Pages
         i. Easy Link – this is a link to direct video call with you.   As you can see the link itself includes your display name
         ii. Private Link – this too is a link to a direct video call with you the difference is your display name is not shown.
    c. MySightSpeed Button - this is a link to direct video call with you in the form of a button.  You can paste this button via html code provided by SightSpeed anywhere you wish others to have the ability to video call you directly even if they are not SightSpeed members

5. Current Service Plan – lists the type of plan you are on.

The Phone Calling page tells us shows all information relative to Phone calls

 

1. SightSpeed Phone Out Balance – this shows how much of what you have deposited to make phone out calls you have left.

2. Calling Rate Charts – Click here to find out the cost to call anywhere in the world on SightSpeed. 

3. Phone Out Call History – Click here to see a history of all phone out calls made on your account

4. Phone Out Transactions – Click here to see a history of the cost of all phone out calls made on your account

5. Phone In Call History – Click here to see a history of all phone in calls received on your account

6. Phone In Call Transactions – Click here to see a history of the cost of all phone in calls received on your account

SightSpeed Business User - Contact List Preferences

The Contact List Preferences menu allows you to decide how your Contact List will be displayed in your interface.

 

1. Show Contacts  - denotes which types of contacts you wish to have visible on you Contact List
    a. Video Contacts - Allows those with Video Call capability to be displayed
    b. Phone Contacts - Allows those with Phone Call capability to be displayed
    c. Video Mail Contacts – Allows those with Video Mail capability to be displayed
    d. Only Online SightSpeed Contacts – Shows only those contacts that are online
2. Sort  Contacts – Allows you to sort contacts by
    a. Online Status First – Lists Contacts by those who are online first
    b. Alphabetical – Lists Contacts in alphabetical order
3. Display Contacts – Denotes the number of Contacts to display
    a. Standard View - Allows you 7 Contacts at a time
    b. Compact View -  Allows you 10 Contacts at a time
4. View Changes – Saves changes you have made



SightSpeed Business User - Safety Settings

SightSpeed Business allows you to privitize your account by blocking any user you wish from contacting you

1. Blocked Contacts List – This menu allows you to add or remove individual contact blocks.
    a. Private Contacts  - Allows you to block individual contacts from your Contact list

SightSpeed never uses information given to us for marketing or sales purposes; however, there are times when critical service announcements are necessary.  We also like to inform our members of product updates and SightSpeed news (Newsletter).  This menu gives you the option of deciding whether or not you would like to receive such communications.
