How do I block someone from contacting me?
o Launch and sign into Dell Video Chat.
o Click on your display name (You’ll see the “Personal Options” screen appear in place of your Contact List)
o Click Manage Privacy Options then edit next to “Blocked Contact lists”
o Enter the email address or User Name of the contact you wish to block
o Then click “Add”

o Launch and sign into Dell Video Chat.
o Click on your display name (You’ll see the “Personal Options” screen appear in place of your Contact List)
o Click Manage Privacy Options then edit next to a Parental Key (to restrict access)
o Then enter a Password (key) and click Save
o Then click “edit” next to Parental Controls to enable or disable the feature
o Once a key is created you can restrict access to certain contacts
