How do I create Video Message?
o Sign in to Dell Video Chat
o Click” Create a Message” below the Video Display window
o Select those you wish to send the video message to from your contact list or by entering their email address
o When you are ready begin recording, click the "Record" button.
o Click “Stop” when you are done. You can review your recording by clicking the “Preview” button.
o Next you’ll be give the option to personalize your message by adding a subject and/or text
o Once you have reviewed your email click “Send”

How to I access my Video And Voice messages?
o My Message Center - All messages can be accessed from “My Message Center”
o Simply go to “My Message Center” below the video display window and click “Messages”
Note - Messages can also be access from the Actions menu.
o Click on “Actions then My Messages
