I can’t see myself in my video display window
- Make sure the correct video device is selected
Go to your Camera Settings menu and click the drop down arrow/menu. Make sure you have selected the correct video device.
- Check to make sure that other applications are not using the camera
Often other software programs take precedence on your Webcam thereby impeding Dell Video Chat access. You’ll need to disable this software to allow Dell Video Chat access to your camera.
Note: Messenger and Chat programs may also need to be exited as they can impede Dell Video Chat access as well.
