How do I add Phone Service Credit?
o Sign in to Dell Video Chat and click the Voice tab
o Click the “My Account Balance” button
o Click ‘Buy Credits” (Credits are purchased in $10 increments)
o Click “Update my credit card information”
o Enter your credit card information
o Click Purchase

How do I call a Phone Number? (Phone Service Credit required)
o Sign in to Dell Video Chat.
o Click the Voice tab.
o Dial (on the keypad) or type the number into the field above the keypad. (Be sure to only enter numbers, no spaces or dashes).
o Once you’ve entered the number you wish to contact, click the Dial button to the left of the number field.
o Once clicked you’ll here the number begin to ring and contact just like a regular phone.
Note - Enter all numbers you wish to call after this format: Country Code, Area Code, Number.
For example:
Calling San Francisco, California would be 14155551212 even if you are local to San Francisco.
Calling Rome, Italy would be 39064451843 even if you are local to Rome.

How do I get my own Phone In or 800 number?
1) To buy a Phone In number, login to Dell Video Chat and click Actions, My Info, then Phone Calling.
2) In the new window that opens, the Phone Calling heading will be bolded.
3) Under that heading, click "Buy a Phone In Number". You’ll have the option of choosing a Toll Free or Regular Phone in number
Toll Free Phone In Numbers
a. Select your Country
b. Then Select the prefix for your number under “Locale” and click “Continue” (This will take you to the billing section.)
c. Once you enter your billing information and click the “Buy” button and you’re finished.
International
a. Select your Country
b. Then Select your region
c. Then Select the prefix for your number under “Locale” and click “Continue” (This will take you to the billing section.)
d. Once you enter your billing information and click the “Buy” button and you’re finished.
Note - US Phone in numbers are not currently available

How do I save a Phone number in my Contact list?
Dell Video Chat users with Phone-Out service can add a link in their contact list to a phone number for one-click dialing.
o Sign in to Dell Video Chat and the Voice tab
o Enter the phone number you would like to save into the phone number field
o Click “Save this Number”
o A new screen will appear on in place of your Contact List with the phone number you just entered populated in the Enter Phone number field
o Type the name associated with the phone number
o Click “Add”
