Then create an account.



Setup Wizard  

2) Start Dell Video Chat



Upgrade - step 3  

3) Select "My Info" from
    the "Actions" menu



Upgrade - step 4  

4) Select "Upgrade your
    service plan now"



And complete the
sign up process.
