SightSpeed is committed to customer satisfaction.
If a service plan subscription that you have purchased from us does not meet your expectations, we will reimburse you with a full refund if you contact us within 30 days of your purchase date to place a Return Order Request.
For returns of service plans bundled with physical hardware (such as web cameras bundled with a SightSpeed Business plan or a SightSpeed Starter Kit), the 30 days guarantee period for placing a Return Order Request begins on the date that SightSpeed ships the hardware to you. You are responsible for all return shipping costs for the hardware that you send back to us, and the items must be returned in their original condition to the following address:

For Return Order Requests involving physical hardware, SightSpeed will process your refund once the returned items have been received and inspected.
Purchases which do not have a Return Order Request filed with SightSpeed Support within the relevant 30 day guarantee period are considered non refundable.
