Tips to Remember

Lots of light, having a window in the room isn’t always enough... sometimes you need to turn on a light behind your camera to shine a light on things
Position yourself in the middle of your video screen so that you’re face is the center piece
Be close enough to the camera so you can see your eyes in the video... this is about face to face communications! People want to see your expression!
Make your background interesting... a white wall background washes you out... and clean up that room!
Wear solid colors, sometimes those stripes can dizzy your friends. White makes you look washed out... adds some color to your wardrobe
Handwavers, time to maintain yourselves. Keep an even keel or your participant will get dizzy!
